Collaborative Law - The Better Way to Divorce

The Collaborative family law process is an alternative way of dealing with family disputes and the divorce process and can apply to both Family Finances and disputes concerning Children.

Each of you will have your lawyer by your side throughout the entire process and therefore you will benefit from legal advice as you go. The aim of collaborative law is to resolve family disputes without going to court.

Covering North and East Cheshire (including Alderley Edge, Wilmslow, Northwich, Altrincham, Knutsford, Sale, Sandbach, Warrington and Macclesfield), we can help you through the divorce process in a way that can be quicker, non-confrontational and less expensive whilst at the same time allowing you to maintain your dignity and self-respect.
